Each trait is derived deterministically from your wallet address and token ID using keccak256.

The SVG artwork is generated and stored entirely on the Ethereum blockchain. There is no IPFS, no centralized server, and no external API. As long as Ethereum exists, your glyph exists — and looks exactly the same.
Each wallet address is entitled to exactly one free mint. The smart contract tracks this on-chain — you cannot bypass it with the same wallet. Your first transaction calls mint(1) with 0 ETH and you receive a glyph at no cost (you still pay gas).
The art is deterministic,random. Each token's traits are derived from a keccak256 hash of the token ID and minter address. — it's verifiable, but unique per wallet.
The GenesisGlyph contract automatically refunds any overpayment in the same transaction. If you send more ETH than required, the excess is returned to your wallet immediately. The contract uses a reentrancy guard to ensure this is safe.
A 5% royalty is enforced on-chain via ERC-2981. Marketplaces that support this standard (OpenSea, Blur, LooksRare) will automatically route royalties to the contract owner's address on secondary sales.
